FAQs
1) Do you help me find a job?
We support your employment-related goals (routine, confidence, attending appointments, readiness skills). Job placement is usually done through employment services, but we can support you to engage with them.
2) Can you help me attend interviews or training?
Yes. We can support you to attend interviews, training sessions, job provider appointments, and work-related activities depending on your plan.
3) Is this for people already working?
Yes. If you’re already working, we can support you to maintain employment by strengthening routines, confidence, time management, and consistency.
4) What if I’m not ready for paid work yet?
That’s okay. We can work on a pathway such as volunteering, work experience, or skill-building first—whatever fits your stage and goals.
5) Can you support transport planning for work?
Yes. We can help with travel planning and community access support to improve reliability and confidence with getting to work-related activities.
6) Do I need to be plan-managed or self-managed?
We currently support plan-managed and self-managed participants. If you’re NDIA-managed, contact us and we’ll discuss options.
